How I Became a Python Programmer—and Fell Out of Love With the Machine

Once upon a time, I was mesmerized by the intricate workings of computers. The logic gates, the algorithms, the elegant dance of bits and bytes—all of it fascinated me to no end. I was in love with the machine.

But then, I discovered Python. This high-level programming language captured my attention like no other. Its simplicity, readability, and versatility made me fall head over heels for it. I soon found myself coding in Python for hours on end, exploring its vast capabilities and pushing myself to new heights of programming prowess.

As my love for Python grew, I began to drift away from my once-beloved machine. I no longer had the same awe and reverence for its inner workings. Instead, I found myself enamored with the power and beauty of Python’s syntax, its libraries, and its thriving community of developers.

In the end, I realized that my true passion lay not in the cold, hard logic of the machine, but in the creative possibilities that Python offered. I had become a Python programmer, and in doing so, I had fallen out of love with the machine.
